By placing an order with Of Note Studio, you agree to the following terms:
Custom Orders
All items are made-to-order and may vary slightly from sample images. A digital proof or written confirmation will be provided for custom designs, and production will not begin until approval is received.
Customer Supplied Items
We’re happy to embroider customer-supplied items! To ensure the best results, all items must be brand new, unused, and unworn.
Please note that embroidery is a detailed process using professional machinery.
While we always handle items with care, things can occasionally happen during stitching.
By choosing to provide your own item, you understand and agree that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or imperfections that may occur during embroidery.
Customer-supplied items are embroidered at your own risk, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements if an issue arises.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is around 2 weeks, excluding shipping.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, based on availability.
Shipping & Delivery
Once shipped, Of Note Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Handmade Variation Disclaimer
Each item is individually crafted by hand, which means slight variations in placement, stitching, and color may occur. These differences are part of what makes handmade items unique and should be expected as part of the finished product.
Usage Rights
Of Note Studio retains the right to share images of finished pieces (excluding personal information) for marketing and portfolio purposes, including on our website and social media. If your project includes sensitive or private material and you'd prefer it not be shared, please let us know at the time of ordering.
All original designs, logos, and content created by Of Note Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is not allowed.

PRIVACY & SAFETY
Your privacy and trust are important to me. Any personal information you provide — including your name, email, shipping address, or payment details — is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase.
Of Note Studio will never sell, share, or misuse your information. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, and your data is protected at every step.
Photos of finished pieces may be shared on social media or the website to showcase past work, but no personal details (names, dates, etc.) will be included without your permission.
