SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are custom-made and shipped from Indianapolis, IN. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before shipping.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Standard shipping is available within the U.S. via USPS/UPS, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days.
Local Pickup
If you're local to the Indianapolis, IN area, free local pickup or drop off is available by appointment. Please list the pickup choice in your request and you’ll receive an email to coordinate a convenient time.
Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? Rush production is available for an added fee, depending on the timeline and scope of the project. Please reach out before ordering to confirm availability.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Of Note Studio is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues — but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because each piece is custom-made just for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Once your design is finalized, work begins based on your approved concept — so please be sure to review all details carefully.
Before stitching starts, I’ll send a digital mockup or written confirmation for your approval. This ensures everything — from spelling and design layout to thread colors — is exactly as you envision it.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match your approved design, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
